Do we have the River library for that Big Audio Dynamite cut? I have the original album--and it's been years since I've listened to it. Is that an alternate version or what? Colin and I loved it. Thanks so much.
meant to say "Do we have the River library TO THANK for..."
We actually have that CD, but that version came from the station's system, I think. Great fun song. I think it's the same version as I have, but it is different from the version I remember hearing on the radio back when it came out...
I agree that is not the radio version--I was singing along and suddenly bam it shifts into a completely different thing. I actually thought on first listen that it was something you had mixed in for fun. But either way, it really was a complete and pleasant surprise. I need to dig up my best of Who so I can explain at least one of the homages in that song for Colin.
