The piece is a little bit odd in some way I can't quite identify, not due in any way to Amy's quote. But hey! It's Amy in the Times!

Didn't you think Amy pulled it back in? There was a lot of wackiness going on there. Thank goodness for her!
i think it's lines like this that make it weird: "hook the parents, never mind the kid..." it's that imperative coming from an industry that gets under my skin. (or the anecdote on the Fids & kamily site: 'that's a sea shanty, montana. can you say sea shanty?') yay for amy, indeed - it's all about the music. not the product.
